Vineyard & Winemaking: The vineyards for Terre dei Miti’s Etna Rosso are located on Mount Etna’s eastern slopes in Trecastagni, an area prized for its high-altitude, mineral-rich volcanic soils. Here, the indigenous Nerello Mascalese grape thrives, producing wines with structure, finesse, and a distinct sense of place. Complemented by a small proportion of Nerello Cappuccio, the wine undergoes a careful, low-intervention vinification process to preserve its bright acidity and fine-grained tannins.
