WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we are only delivering to the island of Oahu. When we expand our service to all of Hawai'i we will update this section.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Sommbox shipments are typically delivered the first week of each month. Members who purchase a subscription prior to the 10th day of the month will be included in the current month's scheduled shipment. Members who purchase a subscription after the 10th day of the month will be included in the following month's shipment.  When you sign up you will be charged either for that month's subscription (orders placed before the 10th) or for the upcoming month (orders placed after the 10th). Billing for subsequent subscriptions takes place on the first day of each month in which the member will receive a shipment. Shipments may take up to five business days to arrive.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR MY SHIPMENT?

Yes! The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipments. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment and will then return the shipment to us. If you would like your shipment to be reshipped to you or your gift recipient, you will be charged a return shipment fee of $30 for all 4 bottle shipments.

CAN I RE-ROUTE MY PACKAGE TO A NEW ADDRESS ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Yes! We are happy to change your delivery address once your or your gift recipient's shipment has already been shipped. Delivery address changes that are made between shipments are free of charge. You will be charged a $20 address change fee to reroute a shipment to a new address once it is mid-transit and out for delivery.

WHEN I PURCHASE A WINE BOX, DO I NEED TO SELECT WHICH WINES I WANT TO RECEIVE?

No! At Sommbox, we do the picking and you do the drinking! We do all the work so that you don’t have to. Once you purchase a wine box subscription, your shipments will automatically arrive on your doorstep in accordance with our standard monthly shipping schedule.

CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL BOTTLES OF ONE OF THE WINES I RECEIVED IN MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes! You can reorder additional bottles of current and past wines featured in your shipments by browsing our Wine Shop section.  Billing for purchases from the Wine Shop will take place at the time of purchase. The wines we procure are often limited in availability, so we apologize if your favorite is sold out! 

CAN I CHANGE MY WINE SUBSCRIPTION TYPE FROM A HAPA BOX TO A RED OR WHITE BOX?

Yes! For upcoming orders log into your account and click "manage subscriptions". Next click on the subscriptions tab and select "Add a product". Select the new box you want to start receiving then click "add a product" at the bottom. You are now signed up for the new box! Next click on the subscriptions tab again and find the box you want to cancel. Click on it and then at the bottom you will see a link to "Cancel subscription". HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, BILLING ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
