Vineyard & Winemaking: The Santenay-Beauregard 1er Cru vineyard spans approximately three hectares within Chanson's holdings, situated at an optimal elevation for Pinot Noir cultivation. The soil composition, rich in limestone and pebbles, ensures excellent drainage and fosters vine health, promoting the nuanced expression of the terroir in the wine. Chanson’s winemaking approach balances tradition and precision, including whole-cluster fermentation and aging in oak barrels for up to 18 months.
